One of Business 2.0’s “Next Net 25″ is Fonality.
I was interested and excited in a system that was just $995 … but for that price, you get no phones. If you want to use your analog lines, it’s $400 for every 4 phones. If you want to use VOIP phones, Fonality charges $45 - “Fonality adds a required $45 per phone configuration fee.”
So, we’re sticking with our 4 line AT&T small business phones. If one of the breaks, we can just replace it with another. We can do conferencing, adjust volume and use a headset. Heck, it’s even got mute and speakerphone buttons.
