It’s ridiculous how much paper - and money - is wasted with sending out routine stuff in the mail.

NW Natural did things closer to the right way - they not only offered Paperless Billing but they gave away 10 $100 cash prizes for doing so.

I’d rather have gotten $10 off my bill for sure but hey, at least they’re doing something.
